The Sinus Bone Graft Packer (2-10 mm) / Carrier is a multifunctional, double-ended surgical instrument designed for controlled transfer and compaction of bone graft material in sinus lift and augmentation procedures.

One end features a spoon-shaped, titanium-coated carrier for efficiently scooping and transferring graft material from a container into the surgical site or sinus cavity. The opposite end functions as a graft packer, with a curved, titanium-coated “elephant trunk” tip featuring depth markings at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 mm for precise placement in deep, narrow, or posterior regions.

This packer design allows clinicians to safely deliver and compact bone next to implants, in single-root sockets, or along the sinus floor - without damaging the Schneiderian membrane. When flipped, the packer's rounded end is ideal for condensing grafts into wide sockets where larger volumes are required.
